Once the home of a prominent physician, the home had been sold and fallen into disrepair when it was purchased and restored to serve as an in-town bed and breakfast. The children of the original owners, while traveling on the Island, happened by and were kind enough to return many of the original lighting fixtures, which they had removed when it was sold.
